A Safe Buy! July 8, 2010 Image Ideas A great book to set you on your way with the Nikon D90. The author does well to explain even the minutest of detail with regards this camera.
More like a personal tutor than a companion. June 28, 2010 Mr. P. D. Bolton (Essex) Very handy book to help you navigate the wide range of functions on this wonderful new camera. Written in simple plain English, rather than the techie language employed by most manufacturers manuals, it really lives up to its name as a companion to help you get the most out of the many functions on this camera. If you are spending six hundred quid plus on a camera, the ten quid or so you pay for this is a snip and will pay great dividends as you master the art of using it. Bravo.
The Nikon D90 Companion May 26, 2010 ROYSMUM (Scotland) I have just bought a Nikon D90 to replace my D70S and thought this book might help me understand how to use the camera. I looked at a number of books and reviews before choosing this one. It is very easy to read - not boring and full of jargon- and also very informative. It refers to different pages in the user manual to help you which is very useful, as the manual is a bit daunting at first. I'm sure I will refer to it again and again. Worth every penny. If you are considering buying it, don't think about it, just do it.
great book May 12, 2010 bam bam (ireland) great book ,as a frist time owner of a DSLR you need help @ times and this book gives you that easy to understand good detail .
Excellent Little Book April 16, 2010 P. Wigglesworth (Newcastle, England) I have recently purchased a D90 and don't get to use it as much as I'd like so this little companion book is an excellent resource for forgetful folk like me who want to be reminded and inspired.
