Georgia Nicolson has a great life. She has a sexy boyfriend, great friends, and a pretty active social life.

Things took an abrupt halt, however, when her beau, Masimo, went off in a huff after the school dance, because Dave the Laugh decided to get into a fight with him over Georgia. Two boys fighting over you - who could ask for anything more?

Now, both boys aren't talking to her and Masimo won't return any of her phone calls. To make matters worse, Wet Lindsay, the school's popular mean girl, is rubbing it in her face that she's still with Georgia's first crush, Robbie. Will Georgia's love life straighten out or is she doomed for spinsterville already?

A humorous conclusion to this popular young adult series. It's entertaining and readers will enjoy following Georgia's love and social life. The characters are easy to relate to and they keep the book's pace up well.

It is recommended, however, that you read the previous books in order to understand the unique way Georgia talks and expresses herself.

2 out of 5 stars It's finally over   November 11, 2009

I'm glad that I've finally finished this series, and I suppose that I'm kind of pleased that Georgia and Dave got together in the end, but I do feel like I wasted some time with these books. When I started reading them at the age of 12 I really enjoyed them, and they do still have some amusing moments in them, but the last three books have just been repetitive, over-the-top, immature ramblings! Maybe it's simply that I'm too old for these books as I'm 18 now, but thinking about it, I never behaved like Georgia and her friends when I was 15 and that's probably why I find it hard to sympathise with her. Originally, she was a fun, amusing character but now she rather annoys me, as do her friends - in fact, about 90% of the stuff in this book made me roll my eyes. Although there were a few moments that made me giggle, I was seriously unimpressed and I'm quite glad that this series has finally come to an end.

3 out of 5 stars Good, but expected much more.   October 14, 2009

Louise Renninson did it again. After 10 books, Georgia Nicolson is still one of the most funny characters I have ever read of. The pages of 'Are these my basoomas I see before me?' are full of hilariousnness and outrageous expressions.

However, I just can't take THIS as the last book of the series. It's good, just like the other 9, but it doesn't make the correct, the proper ending for the Georgia series. It's too abrupt and these books deserved much more! It's like, all of a sudden, Renninson it's trying to bring everything together... and it doesn't leave you with a sense of ending. It just leaves you waiting for another book that would never come.

In a few words: good as a piece of the series, but not enough for it to be the last book.
