French verb book March 24, 2010 Mrs. Linda Howard (Middlesex, England) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
What a great book.I've bought many dictionaries in my time which include verb tables but this is the clearest layout I've ever seen with many examples to show you how to apply the verb in different tenses. I found this extremely helpful trying to understand exactly when to use present subjunctive, perfect, imperfect, future, future coditional etc. Great for beginners and those who want to refresh their French. I would thoroughly recommed.

Collins easy learning French Verbs February 23, 2010 J. Barnett (Cumbria, UK) I found this book so useful for the Intermediata French course I am doing at moment, it's far easy to carry around and check than the big chunky dictionary.

A helpful tool October 20, 2009 Z. Snowdon (UK) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I bought this for my son who is just starting his second year of learning French. He was having trouble completing his homework based on what they were being taught in class, so I thought an extra reference book might be useful. This book is a perfect companion to the Collins French Dictionary (also recommended). It is easy to use and explains about verb conjugation in really simple terms. It has helped my boy get his head around using verbs and recognising the regular and irregular versions. A great help for when my ancient schoolgirl French fails me!
